Komaya Shipping Co., Pte Ltd. has been SMTI's consistent customer for TOKYO KEIKI ECDIS Type Specific Training or ECDIS(T). They have signed a Memorandum of Agreement last January 22, 2013 in the presence of Capt. Elias Parreño as their representative. The said company are also behind the 2 batches of Chinese officers who fly all the way from China just to take their training here at SMTI. It has been the pleasure of SMTI faculty and staff to showcase the ability of the training center to conduct a lecture even to foreign students.
